Questions shop owners ask

Is ARCFLUS really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and no card is needed. Paid plans add more staff, branches, barcode scanning, messaging and automation. See pricing.
Do I need internet all the time?
No. The ARCFLUS phone app keeps recording sales, new customers and expenses when the network drops, then syncs when you’re back online. Online MoMo requests need a connection, and the web version (on a computer) needs one too.
Which mobile money networks work?
You can record payments from any network: MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash and AT Money. To send a payment request straight to a customer’s phone, ARCFLUS works with Paystack, a licensed payment provider. This is switched on for your shop after you add and verify the account you want to be paid into.
Can my staff see my profit?
Only if you allow it. Each person gets their own login and a role such as cashier or manager. A cashier can sell without seeing cost prices, profit or reports, and every sale and change shows who made it.
What do I need to use it?
A smartphone, tablet or computer. ARCFLUS runs in the web browser, and the phone app adds offline selling. A receipt printer and barcode scanner are optional.
I keep my records in a book. Can I move them in?
Yes. Import your products from a spreadsheet, and add each customer’s current balance as an opening balance. You don’t need to copy old sales.
Who can see my records?
Only you and the people you invite. Each shop’s records are kept separate from every other shop, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can export everything at any time. Read the privacy notice.
